Welding
The first steps to manufacture a product is welding.
Carmelo De Giorgio doesn't need a plan, a sketch, just his hands and his feeling. He feels exactly how the metal works and what is to be made of it.
Embossing
Every De Giorgio product is embossed with the logo.
This perfectly shaped signature distinguishes the original from a copy.
Grinding
A further step is the grinding
Because the products are sometimes so finely crafted, it is often not possible to use the machines, and therefore grinded by hand.
You can see the precision on the final product.
Bathing
After grinding, the products are bathed.
Depending on the final product, they are refined in different baths.
