1. How are the articles of De Giorgio manufactured? 
   Each product is made and polished by hand in Switzerland and afterwards refined or powder coated.

4. Is it possible to individualize the products? 
   Yes, we are happy to produce an individual piece with your personalized logo or signature
5. How much does the shipping cost? 
   Depending on the volume and destination the price varies. Please ask us for the exact shipping costs. You can also see them on the order confirmation.
6. When will my order be shipped? 
   Depending on the product, we ship your order within three to four weeks or on request.
7. How will my order be packed? 
   Each product is shipped in a stable packaging and then in an outer cardboard box.
8. How will my order be delivered? 
   Your orders are delivered by courier
9. How can I pay for my order? 
   After receipt of your order you will receive a proforma invoice with the request for prepayment 
10. Where does the name De Giorgio come from? 
    The creative creator of all De Giorgio products is Carmelo De Giorgio. He gave the brand its name.
